1. The service

CrayonOwl ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered tool that turns text descriptions, names and photos into printable coloring pages. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and free credits

You may use a limited free allowance without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. Free daily credits are per person; creating multiple accounts or using automation to obtain extra free credits is not allowed and may result in termination.

3. Credits, packs and subscriptions

• Credits purchased in packs never expire. Subscription credits renew each billing period and roll over up to the cap shown on the pricing page.
• Credits are deducted when a generation starts and refunded automatically if it fails.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Your content and licenses

You own the prompts and photos you upload and must have the right to use them. Pages generated with free or Hobby credits are licensed for personal, family and classroom use. Pages generated while holding a Creator pack or an active Pro plan may be used commercially, including in printed or digital products for sale. Because AI outputs may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any design.

5. Acceptable use

CrayonOwl is a family product. You may not use it to create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content, content depicting real people without consent, or content that infringes third-party rights. We filter prompts and may remove content and accounts that violate this section.

6. Children

The service is intended for adults (parents, teachers, creators). Children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) may only use CrayonOwl under adult supervision.

7. Availability and changes

We may change features, prices and these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
