7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, automatic refunds for failed generations, and no questions asked on subscription cancellation.
First purchase guarantee
If you're not happy with your first credit pack or first subscription month, email hello@crayonowl.com within 7 days and we'll refund it in full, provided you have used fewer than 20 credits.
Failed generations
If a generation fails for any reason, the credits are returned to your balance automatically – you never pay for a page you didn't get.
Not what you expected?
AI results vary. Re-running the same prompt within 24 hours costs half. If a specific page is unusable (blank, broken lines), send us the page and we'll credit you back.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your payment receipt or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months except under the first-purchase guarantee.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank – we resolve almost everything within one business day. Accounts with disputed payments are suspended until resolved.
